Beer
The beer that started it all. A super clean, easy drinking and crisp lager brewed with jasmine rice. The body and colour are super light, and it finishes with a bright citrus, melon & pear flavour thanks to the dry hop.
This beer adheres to tradition, using 100% Bohemian Pilsner malt and bittering with Czech Saaz and Kazbek hops for aromatics. A pseudo decoction mash imparts a fuller body and notes of toasty bread. Its the perfect crisp Pilsner, representing our surroundings near the Blue Mountains.
Brewed in collaboration with our friend Ren Navarro using a blend of Canadian 2-row barley and English Maris Otter, and hopped exclusively with UK East Kent Goldings. Light biscuit-malt flavour with a smooth floral, honey, spice hop profile.
As the saying goes, “it takes a lot of good beer to make good wine”. Fermented dry with a blend of saison yeasts & brewed with a rustic grain bill consisting of spelt, raw & flaked wheat, heritage German barley, and a touch of Munich malt for depth. Hopped with Elixir and Barbe Rouge.
Light and malty, with a beautiful copper hue, this is our homage to Anchor Brewery’s classic steam beer. With aromas of toffee and caramel, it’s balanced with Pacific Northwest hops, giving it subtle notes of citrus and pine.
The backbone of this beer is typical for a hazy IPA with German Pilsner & Canadian 2-row barley followed by malted oats & wheat. The hop combination gives an ultra fruity, juicy quality to the pale ale. This drinks like a full-body IPA but with a lighter ABV.
COMING SOON - Birdweiser is just a good ol’ fashioned light Canadian lager. All Canadian Pilsner, a touch of wheat for softness and Canadian hops make this an instant classic. Almost no bitterness, tastes just like the beer your dad liked when you were a kid.
