Lovebird began as a family project - an excuse to do things the way we wanted. What started as a small contract beer company grew naturally, and eventually became Brasserie Lovebird: a place where beer and food are given equal weight.

We still brew on site in a very small brewery, making beers that are expressive and a little experimental. Our food driven by what’s exciting rather than strict rules. Wine and cocktails round out the program, chosen with the same point of view.

Beyond Meaford, Lovebird beers are poured in over 60 restaurants, bars, and shops across Ontario, but this space remains our home base - the fullest expression of what we care about.

Relaxed by design, Brasserie Lovebird is a place to drop in for a drink, stay for dinner, and linger longer than planned. Come for the beer…stay for the night.
